Background/sports played: Soccer, Track, Running, Yoga
Favorite lift/movement: Deadlifts, KB Swings, Sled pull
Least favorite lift/movement: Burpees, K2E/T2B, Air squats, double-unders
Favorite WOD: Any of the short ones. I’m all about efficiency. If I can get my butt kicked in 10 minutes and under, I like it.
Least favorite WOD: It really just depends on my mood. I’m always changing my preferences of least favorite WOD. Ha!
I like…food, it is the first thing that comes to mind. Followed by coffee, friends and Sunday brunches with the family (note: that also revolves around food)
I eat…gluten-free, dairy-free and oatmeal. LOTS of oatmeal. I’m not a Paleo-eater… I love food too much. But if I could, I’d eat a big juicy steak every day
I do…take my work seriously. I do NOT take myself seriously.
I am…an open book with a broken filter. Heads up!
Something people would be surprised to know about you:
I will NEVER be one of those people who uses the descriptor ‘fun’ in association with a workout. – EVER. But I do love the end result. And, I drop the f-bomb all the time. Sorry Mom and Dad!
