Background/sports played: I’ve mostly lifted weights in a globo-gym for years before finding Crossfit. I’ve played on several softball leagues and played men’s league rugby since living in Columbus
Favorite lift/movement: I love wallball, thrusters and handstand pushups.
Least favorite lift/movement: Burpees and I have a long standing dislike for one another… and running, definitely running
Favorite WOD: There’s something to be said for short sets of movements
Least favorite WOD: Anything that involves running.
I like…cooking and eating.
I eat…anything that is considered edible.
I do…whatever it takes to keep busy. I don’t ever want to look back on life and say I wasted time being bored.
I am…stricter with myself on standards than I am with anyone around me.
Something people would be surprised to know about you:
I used to teach a ballroom dance class to make extra money in college.
