Divisions
- Men’s Open : 1st , 2nd and 3rd
- Women’s Open : 1st , 2nd and 3rd
- Men’s Over 40 : 1st, 2nd and 3rd
- Women’s Over 40 : 1st, 2nd and 3rd
All of the workouts will be scalable to the competitor’s current ability level. Those wishing to submit competitive results must complete the WODs as prescribed.
* Competitors who scale will not be eligible for placing.
* All ages are as of competition day.
Spectators
There is no fee for any spectator, and all are welcome. While spectators are not allowed on the competition grounds, it is designed to be spectator friendly.
