WOD 5 Rounds: 10 Thrusters 20 Overhead Lunges
Skill: Wall Climbs, Hand-stand Push-ups, Knee Ups, Toes through Rings WOD: 5 Minute AMRAP: 10 Air Squats 5 Toes through Rings (sub Knee Ups)
Saturdays 10am - 11am
