WOD 7 Minute AMRAP: 5 Tire Flips 5 Push-ups
Through fun skill sessions, work outs, games and activities, we teach the building blocks of fitness and healthy living in a positive environment.
Children learn fundamental physical skills like push ups, pull ups, squats, running, jumping and tumbling that lead to improved capacity in life and athletics.
Strong kids are happy, healthy and confident kids that tackle challenges and learn to enjoy hard work and the many opportunities it provides.
WOD 7 Minute AMRAP: 5 Tire Flips 5 Push-ups
WOD 3 Rounds for time: 3 Medicine Ball Cleans Sprint 3 Wall Climbs
WOD 5 minutes, every 30 seconds do the following: 2 Angry Gorillas 3 Burpees
WOD 5 Rounds: 10 Thrusters 20 Overhead Lunges
WOD: 4 rounds for Time: 9 Air Squats 9 Push-Ups 9 Ring Rows 9 Burpees
WOD: Teams of 2 (1 person works at a time (while other person does burpees)) 10 Minute AMRAP 10 Grass hoppers 10 Box Jumps 10 Wall Climbs
WOD: 21-15-9 Overhead Squats Burpees
WOD: 7 Minute AMRAP: Burpees
WOD: 7 Minute AMRAP: 7 Stars 8 Wall Ball 1 Rope Jump (beam to beam)
WOD: 7 Minute AMRAP: 2 Wall Climbs 14 Air Squats 1 Bear Crawl (beam to beam)
