FC Kids is a CrossFit program designed specifically for kids and teenagers to help them develop a healthy lifestyle.
The workouts consist of constantly varied, functional movements.
Constantly varied (no two workouts are the same);
variety in exercises, sets, reps, weight, rounds so kids don’t get bored with same old workouts.
movements that kids use in every day “play” (pull, push, run, jump, throw, lift, climb…)
All of the movements are taught under the supervision of certified CrossFit trainers. Children will learn fundamental physical skills like push ups, pull ups, squats, running, jumping and tumbling that lead to improved capacity in life and athletics.
All of the workouts are scaled to the ability of each individual.
The FC kids program consists of 4 components; warm up, skills review, WOD (workout-of-the-day) and a fun game done “CrossFit-style”.
