* Gymnastics WOD:
 Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9am.
The Gymnastics WOD follows the same format as other FC classes with the focus being on gymnastic skills,drills and bodyweight WODs. The gymnastics WOD is a great way to spend some extra time to focus on beginning to advanced gymnastics skills and get a WOD in that doesn’t involve weighted movements.

* Running WOD: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30pm.
